By accessing and using Yjincr Analytics ("Service"), you ("User" or "Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our marketing attribution middleware API and dashboard.
2. Service Description
Yjincr Analytics provides enterprise-grade data aggregation, performance tracking, and conversion postback infrastructure for marketing campaigns.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients must use the API solely for legal commercial activities. The platform explicitly prohibits malicious requests, DDoS attempts, injection of malicious payloads, and tracking users without necessary consent obtained on the Client side. We explicitly do NOT permit the promotion of cryptocurrency, stock trading schemes, or other illicit industries through our platform.

Yjincr Analytics provides analytical tools exclusively. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
All metrics, ROI calculations, and market attribution data processed or provided by our platforms are purely for statistical measurement of advertising performance. The use of our data for decision-making is at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Yjincr Analytics, its affiliates, or employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
