Yjincr Analytics is a B2B Software-as-a-Service provider specializing in Marketing Attribution Middleware. We are fully committed to protecting the privacy and security of the data processed through our platform. We strictly comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
2. Data Processing & Collection
We solely collect and process anonymous Click IDs originating from advertising networks for the purpose of conversion attribution. We DO NOT collect, process, or sell Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of end-users.
Our system operates exclusively through Server-to-Server (S2S) requests generated by our enterprise clients to manage their marketing campaigns.
3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
As a Data Processor, we act strictly on the instructions of our clients (Data Controllers). We provide built-in mechanisms for data minimalization and automated data purging in alignment with standard privacy regulations. We do not engage in any unauthorized tracking or data aggregation outside of the strictly agreed-upon parameters established with our clients.
